Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol

Regarded legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Bristol office.

The role will involve managing a caseload of all matters relating commercial property which includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, business purchases, commercial leases and development projects. You will also be required to play a major role in future development of the office.

You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive at least 4 years + PQE with solid experience of managing a caseload autonomously and good understanding of commercial property transactions and processes. You will also have proven business development skills and be willing to help grow the firms presence in the area.
