Search HR is working on exclusive basis with our client a rapidly expanding service organisation. Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Assistant to assume responsibility for all day to day HR aspects which will include recruitment, HR and labour metrics and performance indicators, employee relations and advisory. Ideally you will have gained your Cert HR Practice or be part CIPD and have already gained experience of generalist HR. This is a unique opportunity to work with a progressive and expanding organisation and this role will appeal to an individual who has a calm and organised approach to their work which will also include the control of DBS checking and efficient administration. A background gained within a medical or nursing environment would be useful however this is not essential. Numeracy is key too.
