One of the leading law firms of the South have a vacancy for a Senior Solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution team in Soutampton.

The Commercial Dispute Resolution Department is a leading player in the Southern Region and acts for a number of national companies and charities. It undertakes a broad range of commercial litigation.

About you:

• The firm is looking for someone who demonstrates passion and energy for excellent client service, a team player, ability to inspire and train junior lawyers, with proven experience in complex high value commercial dispute resolution.
• They are also seeking a strong track record in carrying out innovative and effective business development. A client following would be advantageous.
• Ideally the successful candidate will also have the skills and ability to manage and develop an existing very successful commercial litigation team.

The role:

• You will be responsible for a full dispute resolution caseload as well as leading more junior fee earners and support staff within the team.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in line with the firm's business plan.
