You have the opportunity to make a difference to people's lives, working for a manufacturing and engineering company specialising in products assisting the disabled and elderly to help make their lives easier.

Using your experience on AutoCAD, you can be designing beds, wheelchairs and baths for the elderly and disabled. This will mostly be using your mechanical design experience, but will involve small amount of electrical design as well. You have to chance to be working with both plastics and metals to ensure the best quality of products, whilst also improving your experience working with these materials & AutoCAD.

You would be working as a CAD Design Engineer, for an initial period of 6 months using AutoCAD, where you will be paid £15.46 per hour working in Totton, Southampton. The working hours are 7.15am to 4:15pm on straight days Monday – Friday.
