An opportunity has arisen to join the Treasury and Banking team within the University's Finance department, in the post of Cashier.

The successful applicant will be based in the University’s main cash office. The role primarily is to deliver the cashiering function for the University which includes taking payments over the counter, processing the takings from all the University’s outlets, inputting information into the University’s cash receipting system and the daily banking of funds.

The successful candidate will have a good general education (including GCSE maths or equivalent), experience of cash handling controls and security, good communication skills, a personable approach, a willingness to undertake new tasks, and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
