As part of the sales team the Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for administration functions as well as responding to requests for quotations for clients and following them up to ensure they become firm orders.

Key Activities:

• Calling client and investigating new customers to assess potential
• Assisting sales team with all maintenance of CRM and other reports
• Respond to enquiries from customers, providing quotations and following up on orders
• Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities
• Following up on quotes sent out
• Checking orders and going back to customers with queries

Essential Skills

• Must have good IT skills and an excellent telephone manner
• Highly inquisitive with drive, ambition and determination to succeed
• Previous experience in customer focused role – either sales, sales support, sales admin

£22K based plus approx £3K bonus available
