This role is a full time, fixed term contract for 6 months.

We are looking for a fun, energetic team player to join our close-knit Motorsport Marketing team responsible for digital marketing planning, implementation and reporting. You will support the Marketing Manager in all execution and analysis aspects of the strategic marketing plans across the full marketing mix for the Goodwood Road Racing Club and Fellowship.

Having expanded the exclusive Goodwood Road Racing Club to a wider motorsport enthusiast audience through launching the GRRC Fellowship in 2017, attracting a growing number of customers, it is an exciting time to be part of the close-knit team working on projects directly impacting the growth of the Club.

This time of expansion in the Club is an opportunity to be creative, to test and learn and to directly influence the plans for the exciting, growing product within Goodwood.
 
The successful candidate will have digital marketing experience, be confident, proactive and professional and have a passion for working at Goodwood.

The role will be of particular interest to those with ambition, wanting to follow a career in marketing to gain breadth of experience through hands on, practical day-to-day tactical marketing execution. A role where you really can make a difference, develop and have fun.

What you need to be successful?
 

• Digital marketing experience
• Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
• Driving licence and own car
• Evident ability to organise and manage own priorities 
• Confident communication with high levels of proactivity
• High standard of grammar and spelling
• Demonstrable passion for marketing and working for Goodwood
• Understanding of social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Previous involvement with a content management system and website creation
• Exposure to Google Analytics
