Under the Erasmus, Exchange and Study Abroad Programmes, students can study abroad as part of their degree. In return, the University receives students from partner institutions to study at the University of Chichester.

The Erasmus, Exchange and Study Abroad Administrator will provide an efficient, effective and professional administrative support to the Department of Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications. This support specifically encompasses inbound and outbound Erasmus, Exchange and Study Abroad, as well as providing overarching assistance to International Recruitment.

Requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, the post holder will provide a student-centred enquiry response service, dealing with enquiries via email, phone, online and face-to-face. You will act as a point of liaison between the tutors, the applying student, the relevant University and internal colleagues, providing a joined-up service to all parties.

With attention to detail and excellent organisational skills you will process formal applications, transcripts and certificates and ensure that records and documents are up-to-date and in compliance with EC regulations.
