Financial Controller

Salary £40,000-50,000pa

A highly successful international client is seeking a technically strong, qualified finance professional to join their organisation as Financial Controller. Several impressive years of growth and global expansion means that this individual will be joining this industry world leader at a very exciting time.

This position will report directly into the Finance Director as part of a medium sized team. You will not initially be managing staff but this may change in the not too distant future as the business continues to grow. Our client offers attractive modern offices with good amenities and free parking.

This is a senior position within the finance function and would suit a committed, ambitious individual with excellent commercial acumen who's looking for a multi-faceted, engaging business which will support their continued professional development.

Key responsibilities will include:

• To complete accurately and timely all Group financial reporting requirements
• To prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts explaining deviation
• Manage all the company's financial affairs so as to maximise profits and cash flow
• Continual improvement of systems, reports and management information

Candidate Requirements:

• Accountancy Qualification e.g. CIMA /ACA/ ACCA
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Confident, professional communicator
