Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for keeping
things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a
part-time Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated Repairs
& Maintenance (R&M) Team on our beautiful estate.
About the Role
As our R&M Administrator, you’ll play a vital
role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. From
managing invoices and maintaining staff records to helping coordinate
job requests and deliveries, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping
everything on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the
R&M office
- Log and track job requests via phone and email (in the absence of
the Helpdesk Supervisor).
- Process and file invoices to meet monthly deadlines.
- Maintain internal databases and staff records (e.g. holidays,
training, fuel usage).
- Raise purchase orders for planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Receive and direct deliveries.
- Support the R&M Operations Manager and Head of Repairs &
Maintenance with ad-hoc tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a sense of fun!
