We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Administration Coordinator to join our passionate and hard working Sales Support Team.

A bit about the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Sales Department. 

You'll be working closely with our fantastic team of Sales Support Executives and Account Managers to optimise operations, sales processes and account management to continuously improve the team's efficiency.
 
An interest in tech would be beneficial, as you will need a good understanding of Novatech's products and services. 

What we need from you:

Acting as the glue for the team, as you'll be responsible for managing the workload for the wider sales team and maintaining efficient communication and coordination across the sales function. You'll need to have excellent organisational skills and be an effective communicator, as you will be dealing with people across the business at all levels. 

You'll need to have a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. You'll also need to have a good knowledge of CRM systems, in particular HubSpot. 

Our Sales Support Team:

Sales Support is a mix of brilliantly passionate people who share a common focus in doing the best for our customers. The team work three days a week in the office together and often celebrate being in the office with food! The rest of the week they work from home but still maintain close contact to keep the team buzz alive. There's always a good chat on the go and fun vibes, in-between ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are looking forward to having someone new join the team to help them organise the day-to-day activities.
