Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and safety of the Goodwood House and its residents, all guests, and teams, enabling them to Savor every exhilarating moment at Goodwood, whether attending events, staying at the hotel, or working on-site.

Each year, we captivate thousands with our array of events, from the prestigious Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed, and Goodwood Revival, to the excitement of Goodwoof and the Qatar Goodwood Festival, the highlight of our horse racing calendar.

Our dedicated 24-hour security team oversees the sprawling 11,000-acre estate nestled within the picturesque South Downs National Park. Here, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise to a truly unique environment.

This permanent full-time role, comprising 48 hours worked over 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 shifts off, awaits individuals who possess:

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a security-related role
• Exceptional customer service prowess
• Competency in Microsoft Office
• Current Door Supervisor SIA Licence
• First aid qualification
• Current SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
• Full UK driving license
