We're looking for a highly organised and passionate Partnership Manager to join our Commercial Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring every activation, campaign, hospitality experience and event delivery exceeds expectations.

What You'll Be DoingAs a Partnership Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our commercial partners whilst working closely with a wide range of teams across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning and delivery of a portfolio of commercial partnerships.
- Coordinating sponsorship rights across events, hospitality, marketing, digital and content channels.
- Creating and maintaining detailed activation plans and project timelines.
- Acting as the day-to-day contact and coordinator between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the successful onboarding of new partners.
- Managing event logistics and ensuring flawless on-site delivery of partner activations.
- Preparing partnership reports, rights trackers and performance summaries.
- Managing budgets, purchase orders and partnership administration.
You'll be someone who combines exceptional organisational skills with a passion for delivering outstanding partner experiences.
You'll bring:
- Experience in partnership delivery, sponsorship fulfilment, account management, project management or events.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience delivering marketing, sponsorship or event activations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with budgets, reporting and operational processes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience within sport, entertainment, hospitality, events or agency environments would be a distinct advantage.
