The holders of this key post within the Aldingbourne Trust are responsible for enabling our tenants to live the lives they choose safely, while developing their own independence.
You are expected to meet the requirements of the Care Standards Act and Regulations, ensuring your work meets the standards set out by the Care Quality Commission and other legal requirements including the Portsmouth Safeguarding policies.
You will work as part of a team with staff and tenants to ensure that the emotional, social, medical and material needs of the tenants are recognised, assessed and met.
The contractual hours for this post are 30 hours per week to include a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and sleep-ins
