We are looking for an Event & Mobile Catering Coordinator to join our fun and fast-paced team. You'll be responsible for sourcing appropriate mobile catering outlets for all the major Goodwood events and will be a vital part of the success of our events. 

You'll be working with concessionaires to maximise customer experiences and you will share our passion for providing exceptional customer journeys. You will also be a key point of contact for the West Sussex County Council Environmental Officers.

With exceptional coordination skills, you will plan the various food and beverage sites across all of the events. You will also have the opportunity to attend other events to keep on top of food trends and concession operators.

What you'll have:

• Experience of working in a similar role would be advantageous
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• A determined and ambitious outlook, with a friendly and approachable manner
• Confident working with key stakeholders at all levels
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel and Outlook.
• Experience of using Wrike, Delphi and Talent packages would be desirable but not essential
• Obsession for perfection and passionate about processes
• An understanding of Health & Safety policies and procedures
