I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Cardiff. I have become very knowledgeable in most aspects of recruitment in Cardiff as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. My key responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with Cardiff companies, as well as businesses further afield, maintaining a good working knowledge of opportunities in Cardiff and recruitment in Cardiff and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Cardiff recruitment which I feel that I have aided by ensuring that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to considerably improve our Cardiff business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Cardiff Borough Council / Glamorgan County Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.
