I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Cardiff. I have become very knowledgeable in most aspects of recruitment in Cardiff as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having had several branch manager positions in Cardiff I am also experienced in staff management. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in Cardiff. My key responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with Cardiff companies, as well as businesses further afield, maintaining a good working knowledge of opportunities in Cardiff and recruitment in Cardiff and ensuring the smooth running of my branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Cardiff recruitment which I feel that I have aided by ensuring that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to considerably improve our Cardiff business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Cardiff Borough Council / Glamorgan County Council. We were able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.

During my work here we specialised in temporary recruitment in Cardiff. I was responsible for a team of 9 making sure they remained motivated and effective. I set achievable targets and a reward scheme to ensure staff morale. In addition established good relationships with Cardiff businesses in order to help with their temporary recruitment in Cardiff.

I began as a trainee consultant and in just 2 years advanced to a senior consultant role. It was during my work here that I gained knowledge about recruitment in Cardiff and received a great deal of training including the legal and regulatory aspects of recruitment, management skills and sales. I was also frequently the top sales person for my branch.

This was my first position after leaving school and I began as a junior in their telesales department and advanced to the position of senior advertising sales executive. My main responsibilities included establishing relationships with Cardiff companies in order to receive their recruitment advertising. I would also assist my clients with making sure that their recruitment advertising was effective.
